No it should not be normal, you should call your doctor immediately and watch out for any bleeding, or go to ER.

I've had menstral cramps the enitre time and I'm 29 weeks now. I had early sonograms and such. I also started spotting around 5 weeks and was worried that I would miscarry. Well I didn't. This is my second baby too and it's been completely different. If the cramps are mild you should be ok. Just mention it to your doctor. Call them when you can just to let them know incase they want to monitor you. If they get worse or you start bleeding then call or go directly to the ER. Best of luck.

It is probably just implantation, I have always had mild to med. cramping during the first few weeks of pregnancy (up to 8 weeks) however if the problem persists or you start to bleed call your OB asap. Good Luck

I had mild cramps with my second child, with my third they were much stronger and very often- he was born still at 18 weeks. You should see your dr if you have any concerns. I was planning to ask my dr the day I went in and they didn't find a heartbeat.

It is very normal. The only time to worry is when the cramping is very painfull and you can't handle it then i would go see your doctor.

mild, achey cramps are normal, its just the pain of the uterus growing. If you have any bleeding or unusual discharge call your doctor.
