If you delete them, they can still message you and reapply for "friendship". If you block them, they have absolutely no way to contact you. They can still see your profile, but cannot interact with it in any way.

deleting someone just means they aren't on your friends so they can't leave you comments, and blocking someone means they can't contact you at all through a message or anything

blocking means they can't contact you AT ALL deleting them is just so they can't sent you comments or see your bulletins

blocking no acsess to your page , by just deleting the person will have acsess again .

if you block them they cant view your page, if you delete then they can still view your page unless you have it set to private.

if u block them u can unblock them and not have to send them a friend request again
