These days? Or should it be what a girl should weigh for this height? This generation is the fattest the world has ever seen. At 5 foot a woman used to weigh 100 pounds and 3 pounds for every inch over. Now days it's 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet. So, generally speaking not considering bone structure and muscle mass (muscle weighs more than fat), 112.5 to 120 pounds. What is more important is waist size for females to be 32 inches or less measured at the level of the umbilicus (belly button).Good luck and I hope you find what you are looking for.

For a girl in high school id say about 120 but this is coming from a 11 year old but I am smart. How much do you wheigh Im not a gossiper.. Even though many girls in middle school are about 5'4'.5 wheigh that much it also takes a toll on your age.

It depends on your bone structure, but for average bone size, you should weigh about 125 pounds, plus or minus 10 pounds.
