The people in charge of the Florida Marlins are complete fools. They do not know how to treat the fans nor the ballplayers. As much talent that has come through Florida and the amount of success they have had in a short time, is all null and void when you sell off the pieces of the puzzle. Then to not be able to keep your overinflated ego in check and get rid of a man who started so many rookies and had them on the brink of the playoffs shows a lack of any intelligence at all. If they truly knew how many people would give so much to be in that position and not take it for granted, then maybe they would finally feel the shame that they have brought to the game of baseball.

I agree completely. The management of the Florida Marlins should be forced to sell out of baseball. They don't even want their team to be competitive.
Yeah, they have won a couple WS. But what happened each time? The management dumped off all their talent. Because to them, winning cannot be tolerated.

That's the Marlins for ya. Win a World Series, then have a fire sale of all your talent. Hire a manager who takes a green team to a respectable level and earns Manager of the Year honors, then fire him. Go figure. No wonder Miami is sick of this club.
