does working out help?

when I was 7 months pregnant the doctor thought my son already weighed 9 pounds. They told me to diet. So, i guess what they told me to do could help you to just keep weight down. First, no soda or and caffeine. Eat small meals more often, and keep them as healthy as possible. Cravings do exist. they gave me exercises to do as well, which you could easily look up on the Internet.

Oh my gosh, does working out really help? YES, I managed to gain only 10 pounds w/ my previous pregnancies by running on the treadmill & seeing my trainer 3x per week. I had 2 super healthy babies and amazingly quick labors (4hours max.) Think of labor as a 10k marathon, you don't finish any where near 1st or quickly w/o training.

Eat right and do workouts approved by your doctor. I was told nothing that gets my heart rate above 140bpm. Things like walking, yoga etc. are good. I would get over the weight gaining thing though and quick because it's going to happen. You just have to stay healthy.

why would you worry about that? unless you already suffer froma weight problem. I would be worried aboutt he addequate nutrtion of the baby first, in 9 months you can worry about weight lo walk out of the hospital wearing the clothes you once wore before you were pregnant!

eat healthy PREGNANCY diet.

walking is good during pregnancy, but dont do anything to rigorous. esp during first trimester.
dont worry about weight too much just dont eat greasy fst food stuff.

i think u can, just don't stuff your face with junk food, and eat right, morning, lunch, dinner. you can also walk for 30min-an hour a day good luck and stay safe.

sure, you can excersise and eat healty...
stay away from junk and you'll be just fine.
