The legend about the saying Bloody Mary 100 times and actually seeing her? No! I tried it, it doesn't work. Or if you're talking about Bloody Mary as in Mary Tudor I of England, she was called Bloody Mary for burning Protestants.

Depends what you mean...

If you mean the thing about standing in front of a mirror in a dark room and saying "Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary" over and over again will cause her to come out of the mirror and kill you, well, then, no.

If you mean Mary Tudor, one-time Queen of England, then yes- kind of. She came to power after the death of her father Henry VIII and her younger brother. Her mother had been a Catholic, and Mary wanted to bring back that religion since her father had declared himself head of the new Church of England. This resulted in a bloody civil war between the Catholics and Protestants, and she was infamous for imprisoning and beheading those who did not convert back to Catholicism- hence the nickname, Bloody Mary.
