I adopted a 3 year old Jack Rusel/Shitzu cross named Charlie. I know that he was bought from a breeder, and his mom was a purebreed shitzu and his dad a pure breed jack rusel.
I've never met anyone who had a cross like this and am curious to what their dogs personality is like and what they look like? Have they had any health problems?
Charlie is mild mannered, not very hyper but looks like a really shaggy jack rusel.

If Charlie is mild mannered now, he always will be as long as you treat him well. Make sure you let him know that you are the pack leader. I can only imagine how very cute he is. Just love him and don't worry about what other peoples dogs are like.
