I could be possible, but as long as you've been taking the pills the way the doctor instructed you to do, then you should be okay. I figure if you haven't started by the time you finish the pack, then go see someone.

Yep totally possible... but it is also possible that your not going to have a period at all. If you read the instruction packet that comes with the pills it says that there is a possibility that you may not have a period while on the pill. I'm on ortho as well and when i'm on sugar pills i don't start right away iether- but bleed the last 3-4 days of the 7 sugar pills.

Wait a few days. Go on with the pill as normal and take a preg. test.

And just so you know-- even pre-*** has sperm-- to the pull out method isn't totally safe either. Good Luck!

Usually birth control is effective after a month. But if you missed any pills, then the chances are much greater that you could get pregnant. I would just go buy a pregnancy test to find out for sure. Don't forget stress can delay your period. So if you have been stressing over this, then that could be why you haven't gotten your period yet.

Good Luck!

I would say that it is more than likely you are pregnant, don't stop taking the pill though as it will not hurt the baby if you are pregnant. First you will need to go to the doctors to find out, then take action from then on. Just remember that contraceptives are only 97% affective, I know that is how I have my son.

Good luck.

no..the medicine is still active in you from the 'real' pills..... But remember pills are only 98% to 99% a sure way of not getting pregnant. Just because you are getting answers from us, doesn't make you not part of the 1% to 2% of women who do get pregnant using the pill!!

The combined pill is 99% effective if taken correctly. As long as you haven't missed taking any,or taken them within the 12 hour window, your quite unlikely you are pregnant. Then again there is the 1%.

There is a big chance you are pregnant, you should go visit the doctor, or wait just a little bit maybe your cycle is changing.
