"I feel sorry for people who can only spell things one way" - Mark Twain

(Actually as I've thought about his comment more...At first I thought for sure it was just him joking around......but the more I think about it...letters are just symbols to convey ideas...if the symbols are changed a bit, but the idea remains the same then that shouldn't really be too big of a deal (or is it?). Also the whole etymology thing with cognates has come to my mind as well -different spellings as words have developed and progressed into their current form...)

but anyway...ya it bothers me too... or should I say "yes", it bothers me too!

This is where spell-checking software comes handy! Firefox 2 has a really good spell checker which is installed by default!

This is a good opportunity to upgrade to firefox 2, if you are already using older version of firefox, or rediscover the web if you are using Internet explorer (yuk)

I don't think that he's talking about us, then. I have seen several times over poor grammar, terrible spelling, and horrid punctuation. It's true and it IS scary. I hate it when people use poor grammar.

My coworker the other day said, "The least inexpensive phone we have...." Uh.... that's a double negative if I ever heard one! And chick's fifty!

What's so scary about it? It's not like our submissions are going into the World Book Encyclopedia or some other fancy English book.

Last time I checked, I spelled just about everything correctly. Not only is my spelling correct but so are my grammar, punctuation, and capitalization!
