My friend said if you put like a (Cd) in the fridge and wait about a half 'n hour that all the scratches will be gone!Or The scratches will still be on there but the Cd Will work again.

Try this and tell me your results.Notes:Use cold water,Set your freezer till the coldest lvl.

I can't try it now, cuz I haven't got a CD with scratches on it (yet), but I saved your friend's idea.....no harm in trying it out once the time comes.
