Has anyone ever heard "It's all good until someone get's hurt, then it's hilarious"?

Why is that funny? I just think that's worth one laugh and then you start thinking about it and wonder why people seem to get a kick out of the pain of others lately.

It is funny. My favorite, though, is: Some people are like Slinkies: not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

It makes you laugh, and then you feel like a sociopath.

Haven't you ever seen somebody do something so stupid that resulted in them hurting themselves? That's hilarious. If somebody decides to do something stupid, and they get hurt, then their pain and humiliation serves as a learning tool. They're not likely to do that again. And for the rest of us, it's entertainment. Lets face it, we're all going to do something stupid at one time or another, so why not entertain while we're at it.

I accept the saying basically becasue it is typically said about something or someone who is doing something stupid. - Most people dont say it about a serious situation
