Yes, you can get a sausage mcgriddle, pancake, biscuit sandwich, and I think you can get the egg and hashbrown, but I'm not sure about that one.
Actually you can get anything you want and just buy the toy seperately.
My son likes the bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle which doesn't come in a happy meal and then I just order the toy and they let him have the bag that the happy meal usually comes in too.

yes, I know that there are hashbrowns, you get a choice of apple juice and orange juice. And, you get 3 pancakes, or hotcakes as they call it with syrup on the side

where i work in ct there is a choice between two hotcakes or scrambled eggs with a hashbrown
