It would depend for me! If I was in an honest loving relationship I would believe him...if he is the sort to kid around a lot. If he isn't or if you aren't in a loving relationship I wouldn't believe him. That is just my opinion on the matter though! Are you on the pill? If not go and get the day after pill which will work up to 4 days after the intimate encounter. If this guy lied about the condom breaking you don't really want to have a kid with him! Hope this helps!
Cheers, Amanda

<> He would not. because you're an ex-Catholic fairly you keep in mind that the Catholic Church isn't sola scriptura. The Church is the education authority, and makes use of scripture and custom to comprehend what God needs human beings. The education on birth control comes from the documents throughout the time of scripture that God is the author of life, that our purpose is to "multiply and fill the earth," that God is conscious human beings earlier we are born, and that sexual sex is a holy act and to misuse that's a sin. that is shown in the course of the centuries through the Church fathers, theologians, etc. The Church education on birth control is an infallible education because it is been continually taught and upheld through popes and bishops in the course of the a lengthy time period. The Church would not use the Bible contained in the way Protestants do. we do not say "the position contained in the Bible does Jesus say....?" that would mean that each and everything is written note for note in scripture...it isn't. Jesus did not depart us a Bible, he left us the Church. The Bible is the made from and for the Church. If Jesus "spoke" each and everything we had to understand, and it replaced into all written contained in the Bible, then there will be no want for interpretation, revelation, or an expert. of course he did not attempt this, and subsequently we do want those issues. further: @ darkish power - no Catholics do not enable pulling out. it fairly is a misuse of the sexual act. the really ideal thanks to ward off being pregnant, even as needed, is abstinence.

Ask to see the condom. Put some water in it and squeeze, if anything comes out, its broken, if not your fine. But if you don't trust your partner is teeling the truth get rid of them!

I think that you definitely need to be asking him to let you see that condom....he probably was serious but when he saw how you reacted decided to cover for himself! If he is joking then you don't want to be having sex with someone that is that inconsiderate and juvenile! I think maybe you should take some emergency contraceptive if you are worried that much about it.

I wouldn't believe anything til he could prove it one way or another, which would be simple enough, just show you the used condom.

I would believe him. If he had one on in the first place he probably wouldn't want to joke around with stuff like that.
