it is so hard not to look the other way.........people tell me pls is it possible to love one as strong as it was when u just met..........

It depends on how much you care from the start. Love goes through different stages, from the passionate cannot live without you to the more serene I love you but I also need time for me. It is always changing as does life.
The big failure for many couples is that they don't work at it. A relationship needs to be nurtured as it grows, and there has to be a foundation to work with. The foundation would be that you are like minded on many things, have the same interests or at least work to enjoy each others interests, have direction for the future for children, or not to have children, job choices, and where you both want to be in twenty or thirty years.

I have been with my beautiful wife for 37 years, and what has made it wonderful is that she is my best friend. I can confide anything with her and she can with me. She is my friend, my lover and the last thing a wife. The wife part is not as important as the first two, because without them there would be a poor marriage. I don't love my wife as I did when we first met, I love her more, and that is because we have shared joys and sorrows together as one.

very rare.. but i admit i have a friend who has been married for 8 years.. sheloves her husband and he adores her.. they behavelike teenagers... so yes in can happen...
