Y = 2 is a horizontal line that passes through 2 on the y axis. So, any line that is perpendicular to that will be a vertical line. Yes, you are right, UNDEFINED.

y=2 is a horizontal line and by definition a vertical line has an undefined slope (or a slope of infinity if you prefer).

yup, undefined. you take the opposite of the reciprocal of the slope, and the slope is zero (0/1). so that would make it -1 over 0 (-1/0), and anything that has a zero in the denominator is undefined.

Undefined.

y=mx+b

Since there is no x term, you must assume that m=0. That would make the perpandicular line vertical.
