Guns N' Roses, Appetite For Destruction (1987). I believe this was also the biggest selling debut album of all time until Ace Of Base in 1993. Also, an honourable mention to the Specials' eponymous 1979 debut, which is a f**king blistering album and one of my all time favourites, as well as being regarded as one of the most highly influential.
