This is such a fun question. I don't want to hold you back but as you advance toward your goal, please remember my experience and advice. I completely severed the bone in my left arm known as the humorous, it was quite horrifying, while attempting my very first dunk. Take what you are trying to do serious and advance incrementally while avoiding injury.

The largest and most powerful muscles are in your hips and buttocks. Do exercises that strengthen and tone these areas such as lunges and thrust ups (put your jumping leg up on a chair then from a still position use your hip muscle to thrust yourself straight up). Jump rope, especially the weighted ones.

The next point will seem not important but I think otherwise. In later years even though my jumping level decreased, I could dunk easier. I did not grow and get a bigger hand, just much stronger grip. Use one of those grip squeeze exercises tools and practice lifting (palming) a basketball with one hand.

And one last thing, watch Jordan (on old highlight tapes) on his dunk where he takes off from the free throw line during the NBA slam dunk contest. Note how when he lands he keeps his shoulders square with the direction he is soaring and absorbs the landing shock with his knees in the proper position. Short guys like us can sometimes get rotated when we are way up there and it makes for harsh landings; I also blew my leg out having not realized this last point. I tore multiple ligaments and now I can't soar to score.

Stay healthy!

PYLOMETRICS!!!! I asked how to jump higher about 5 times on Y! Answers and a common answer was Pylometrics, I was too lazy to do them, but when I did I gained 2 inches in a 2 weeks (that's an enormus change)

when i was into sports (mostly volleyball), my coach had me jump boxes which helped me jump higher. She had 3 boxes...all different sizes... and i had to jump from the shorter (15 inches) one to the middle (20-25) to the tallest (30+). then i got to the -point where i started at the one in the middle and jump to the highest then downt to the little one. i rearranged them til i got to the point where i could jump fromthe floor to the higher box. It really helps with you jumps. You can buy them from a exercise or athletic store. Or you could just get crates or sturdy boxes of different sizes. Also when you exercise, focus on you hamstrings and quads (hamstring curl or leg extensions)

Maybe. I heard that during puberty you have 2 growth spurts. One at the beginning (12 or 13 yrs) old and one at the end- (anywhere from 17-20)

10 feet is ridicuolously high for normal people. You'll have to be at least 6 feet and even then be able to jump 3 or more feet. That's why only pro's can do it.

you may quite possiably have some more groth sperts. my guy friends all shot up really tall in the past couple of years (we are now 18) so i am sure that you will indeed keep growing. and if not just practis jumping and work on makeing your leg mussels strong by running etc. good luck!
