The Jarretts (both Jeff and Jerry) own minority stakes in TNA. When TNA first started they were the majority owner but have since sold a majority to Panda Energy. TNA is currently run by Dixie Carter.

He is the Vice President, Dixie Carter is the President. He and his father actually founded TNA Wrestling. Alot of people have criticized that he gets more TNA World Title shots and reigns because of his position in the company, which is kind of a validated opinion. I hope that answers your question.

No, only a piece of the corporate holdings given by the Baker and Rhodes families as a lure to come from WCW and the WWF to have the new leauge become popular. In returnm, he was to rien as Heavyweight Champion for a period of time deemed long enough to secure its success through TV and the obtainment of other stars of wrestling like Sting, Kevin, and others.
