My family calls me the 'Queen of Shrink' so here's my everyday advice on shrinking jeans. Simply place in dryer on 'hot' setting until thoroughly dry...guaranteed to shrink!

wash them in hot water, which may fade them somewhat, and put them in the dryer on high heat. This will do it every time.
