if someone blocked you from his/her MSN Massenger
1. You CAN'T see him. he will appire to you as offline
2 No, you cant see his dispaly picture.
3 Not even the display massage.

Hmm..sounds like somebody is a little obsessed. If he's blocking you then why don't you take the hint a leave him alone. He's found someone else--probably cuter--and doesn't want to hear from you! LOL. I hate clingy chix too!

If he's blocking you, then you shouldn't be able to see him when he's online at all. That's the whole idea.

If you are being blocked you will not be able to see when the user is online.
