I Have 2 vertical Bands of 1" each on the 17" TFT screen , Not a Virus Any clues please.?

First band 2" from left transparent but greyish vertical lines.Next 6" from the first white opaque Band.I tried avg anti virus and other virus Scans.Just happenened on one fine day.
can you help me to solve this problem

hook another moniter to your pc if it has the same problem ita your video if not replace the screen

You may want to visit the website of the manufacturer of your video card, download the latest driver for it, and install it on your computer. It sounds to me as though that driver may have become corrupted. Good luck.
