Everyday I pray that I'll either get pregnant or ill get my period. Today I went to the bathroom and I got my period!!! ONe year since ive had my period and I finally have it!!!! I'm sooo excited!!! That means we can really startt trying now!! So would someone please explain to me how the basel body temp works? how much in degrees is it suposed to go up? and when will i proably ovulate again? thanks for all the answers...and all of yall who put up withmy moody answers!!!

Oh by the way i havent had my period because of the depo shot but i guess its finally out of my system! I had started taking that vitex!!! within 2 weeks it worked!!!

since you have not had your period in over a year it might be kind of hard to know exactly when you are going to ovulate so I would go buy a ovulatingg kit at the store and it will help you decide exactly when you are ovulatin.

Don't worry about that body temp stuff. Just have sex every day and ENJOY it. It does kinda put a different spin on sex when you
are trying to get pregnant. Good luck to you!
