downloading?

say like your using limewire or like bitcomet it says downloading from this or that many kb's how come u cant just use mb's instead of kb's to download. and where can i find the movie terror firmer, and scarecrow and the movie my bloody valentines or valentines which is a horror movie i tried searching for it on limewire and bitcomet and nothing comes up
