Depending on your particular concern, you will need to contact different government agencies.

- Unfortunately, receiving "low pay" is not illegal in itself, unless you were paid below your state's prevailing minimum wage or not paid for the hours you worked (among others). As others here have stated, contact your respected labor board (if applicable).

- If you have safety concerns (accidents, unsafe working conditions, violations) contact OSHA - http://www.osha.gov/html/Feed_Back.html

- If you have health concerns (unsanitary work environment, unsafe handling of food) contact your state's respected Department of Health authorities (as I understand, you may also contact OSHA)

You may wish to inform this board of your state of residence and examples of violations to allow others to give you more detailed information.

What will you accomplish? Personal satisfaction?
The company will merely point out that you are a "disgruntled EX-employee, with an axe to grind. Your credibility will vanish.

The labor board will be able to help you with that.
