please, I need to get all the pokemon in my hoenn dex, not national. any ideas? also how do you get the rare pokemon in emerald! please dude! heeelllppp meee!

ok just pokedex there location and try to find them
but sorry to say the rare pokemon like the other 2 starters or deoxys and others etc. are impossible to catch, find etc
the only way to get them is to trade with some one else
go to a nintendo event
use a cheat device (gameshark, action replay)
or connecting it to a Gamecube

You have to beat the elite 4- after you beat them, you will automatically be able to get all the rare pokemon you need. (my son said so)
