Katzenmoyer suffered a neck injury during his first season with the Patriots that eventually forced him to have surgery and miss half of the 2000 season. During training camp in 2001, Katzenmoyer walked out without permission, citing concern about a feeling in his neck. He was placed on injured reserve for the remainder of the season. The Patriots cut Katzenmoyer before the beginning of the 2002 season, and he has not returned to professional football

He had to quit football.
Then he pursued a lifelong dream of a career helping those less fortunate, so he became a parole officer, to help get criminals back into being productive members of society.
Then one of his charges turned out to be a fellow former Buckeye named Maurice Clarett and he failed miserably and hasn't been heard from since.

that's a good one Dave C. but really, he had a neck injury and couldn't play anymore. Now he runs an insurance firm in Worthington. It's a shame because he could have been great.

he was too stupid to play in the nfl. hell, he had to take golf and tennis or some dumb class like that just to be eligible to play his senior year in college.great athlete, no brains.
