Where online can I find serious psychological and personality tests? Not tests like tickle.com and such......

It's not likely that you will find a serious personality or psychological test online. Part of the reason is that it's too easy to cheat or be unwittingly distracted (thus throwing off the results) and part of the reason is that for many tests observing how a person takes the tests is PART of the test.
Though there are many sites that claim to have real tests, I know of no creditable expert who would heed the results of such. But let me know if you find some kind of exception to that rule - the Internet is a big place!

There is the Meyer-Briggs test which is extremely popular among people. I have included a link to a site that users it
The results are just chilling!
It classifies people on 4 different criteria (two options for each) making 16 different possibilities. I'm an ENTJ and I match about 95% of what they say after you are done with the survey.
With each report, they tell you how you interact with people, what class of jobs you typically fit in, what percentage of Americans fit your personality, what celebrities you share personality, your negatives, your positives, etc.
