If you mean how many moles of water then the answer is a bit under one mole. One mole of water is 18 grams. To get the exact amount of moles divide 15/18.

If you mean how many total moles considering the different constituents...First find the molar mass of one mole of hydrogen, then the molar mass of one mole of oxygen. Divide by the given ratios and that will give you the total # of moles.
