I'm not sure what your question is... its D&C which is clearing out the insides and menorrhagia which is excessive bleeding during your period...so is your question can you still have children? i would think imagine so, neither of those things prevents you from having children.

A D&C, should not mess up your ability to become pregnant later down the line. The problem arises if it is done roughly and traumatizes the lining of your uterus. This causes scar tissue to form and can make it difficult to carry a pregnancy, although it can be treated in many cases. This is called "Asherman's syndrome" if you want to know more. If you haven't had it done yet, let your doctor know about your concerns, and make sure they are experienced and adept at performing D&Cs.
