so much for liberation, huh?

Who said anything about judging the army? I'm not passing judgement on anyone or anything. I am making a statement.

And just to set the record straight, it wasn't just one individual. It was four. The highest ranking soldier of the group will likely get the death penalty. And I'm sure is CO is still catching hell for this.

I was only commenting on how the U.S. military's presence in Iraq is already unpopular, and when you have troops charged with protection and service of innocent civilians, and instead they rape and murder innocent civilians, well... it just doesn't help the overall image.

Crime is everywhere. Police commit crimes, Preachers Politicians, Teachers, etc. Do you think that only saints join the military? Some people are just freaken crazy! Thats not the "military" as a whole, no more then all teachers have sex with 12 year old students or all presidents have sex in the oval office.

FIRST get it straight:

"Ex-Soldier Pleads NOT Guilty to Rape, Murder Charges in Mahmoudiya Slaying"
pleads NOT guilty
here is the link:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,228171,00.html

SECOND:
WHERE ARE THEY?
HERE in the US facing the charges.
AND will have the death penalty when they are convicted!

AND THIS SHOULD BE THE CASE!!!!

America = Justice.

These few men??? are not part of the good.
They are evil. And they will pay for their crimes.
You can NOT judge the whole of the military or the war on these criminals.
They do not speak for the rest of the military who are doing the right thing over there.

From the appearance of the trial the main guy is finding on the dying penalty. If he lucks out he will do approximately 25 years in leavenworth. because of the fact, its homicide and rape that's greater decrease and dry than the prisoner and interigation scandals. those men are gonna do time. There are actually not too many loopholes to that end as there have been in the different cases in Iraq.

How can you judge the entire army for the actions of one soldier?

Instead, judge the army by how they treat that soldier.
