Could be 22, 44, 66 or 88, because it's an even multiple of 11 with a pair of digits, OK?

Then,

2x2 = 4
4x4 = 16
6x6 = 36
8x8 = 64

Those are all squares by definition, but only 8x8 is a cube, i.e. 4x4x4 = 8x8 = 64

So the answer is 88.
