The toluenes that are present in the markers that smell can cause brain damage. If you are feeling sleepy from sniffing a marker, I would guess you have already killed a few brain cells.

My suggestion...get some fresh air and stop huffing markers!!!!

It can when it wears off! It deprives your brain of oxygen & this is NOT a good thing. Smell your finger after you stick it in your belly button. It's a lot safer :o)

you can get a cheap buzz from it. it also kills brain cells at about a million a second.
