Get jars of babyfood and write down numbers on them and then tear off the lables and make the guests figure out what the food is.
Put like peanut butter, chocolate, (Strong smelling things) into diapers and make the guests sniff them.
The "Baby" word game. Where you get like (I used necklaces, my sister used clothespins) and no one can say the word baby, or they lose their necklace to the first person who catches them. The one who has the most necklaces at the end of the shower, wins a prize.
Toilet paper game- Have the guests guess how much toilet paper it will take to get around the mommy to be's tummy.
Memory-Have a tray of different baby items (that m2b can take home after the shower) like baby powder, booties, que tips, binkys......whatever and show that tray to the guests for like 15 seconds and then have them write down as many as they can remember. Also record who gets done in what order incase of a tie.
You can do a second thing here too. My sis threw in this thing where m2b showed you the tray, and then you studied that tray like mad. And when she walked out, my sis goes, "Now what was she wearing?"
Pin the paci on the baby lol like pin the tail on the donkey but with a paper paci and paper baby
Have a suck off with baby bottles. Fill up baby bottles with juice, see who finishes it first.

You can get some baby items; pin them to a clothes line and the guest can guess the price of the items.
This game will help you keep track of how much time has been spent on opening gifts. Set a timer for 5 or 10 minutes, when timer goes off, the person's gift she's opening will get a prize.
Decorating burp clothes for the baby. This is good for those who come over early.
You can also play "who am I". Place characters from children's books or shows on the guests and have them try and guess who they are by asking yes and no questions.
Have the guests fill out envelopes for the thank you cards when they arrive and during the shower have the mom-to-be select a name from the basket. Not only does the guest get a prize, but it saves the mom-to-be from having to fill them out
I know you're looking for games, but I have some decorating tips. Use the kid bowls with the suction on the bottom for floating flowers or a get the toy where the toddler inserts the shapes into the correct hole, put a vase inside with flowers and use for the center piece; place the blocks around the center piece to give it the "playful" feel. Not only does it make a conversation piece, the mom-to-be has something to remember here special day by when the baby gets older. I did this for my friend and she LOVED it.

I’ve played this at a birthday party and a shower. Put twenty items on a tray such as powder, a baby bottle, a pacifier, etc as well as non baby stuff such as car keys, stamps, etc.
Show the guests the tray for about 20 seconds without letting them touch any items. Remove the tray to another area or cover it with a towel. Give the guests 5 minutes to list everything they saw on the tray with pens and paper you’ve provided. Whoever remembers the most items wins.

I am totally in this position right now too.. but I have thought of some games for the shower that I am hosting...
one is where you take a ball of yarn and everyone has to guess how long the yarn is to go around mom's belly. Whoever gets the closest gets a prize.
two is you get a few jars of baby food and everyone gets to taste them. whoever can name all the jars of food correctly wins.
three is baby bottle races... fill them up with a drink of some kind and whoever finishes first wins... just make sure that you have rules for this game (ie: you can't take the lid off, you can't bite the nipple, etc!!).
good luck!! have fun!!

Put safety pins in a bowl of rice. Blind fold someone and set a time limit for picking the most safety pins out the rice. The person with the most wins. They should wins some kind of prize.
Attach a babies pacifier to every ones neck. when someone say baby they lose there pacifier. the person who catches the person saying baby gets the pacifier. The person who has the most wins.
Peel the labels of different types of baby food. Hand out a piece of paper, and have them write each baby food down. {Like a spelling test} the person with the most correct wins.
Good Luck.

Tie a piece of yarn around the mother's wrist, and take it around the room, as each person has the yarn tied they say a special blessing for the baby. At the end, every person is connected in a chain to the mother. The yarn is cut, each person has a yarn bracelet until the baby is born, when it is removed.

This idea my seem a bit gross, but I've heard that the game is a ton of fun. What you do is take miniture candy bars, like Baby Ruth, Butterfinger, etc...melt them in the microwave and then place them seperately into baby diapers. You pass the diapers around and guests try to figure out what type of candy lies in the diaper.

Everyone cuts a string to guess how big 'round the mother to be is
A baby quiz- whoever gets the most questions about pregnancy and birth right gets a prize.
Tasting baby food, guessing what kind it is
My favorite...melt different miniature size candy bars in diapers (it looks like poop), and by smelling it the guests have to guess what kind they are.
