I have had crotch itch for too long. I tried all the overthe counter antifungal creams including Lortimin Ultra wich is the most powerful. Due to my constant perspiration down there, I cant get the itch to go away. So I baught some Right Guard Anti perspirant spray to attack the problem. and no, baby powder or any of the powders dont work for the purpose, infact, all the powder stuff only makes a person perspire more in any location of the body.

Try goldbond medicated powder. Either that or join a nudest collony.

You need a stronger anti fungal call your doctor. After it is cleared up he may be able to recommend something for the excess sweat down there.
