Platinum is a precious metal and rarely occurs as nuggets. It is found inNizhni Tagil, Central Urals andNorilsk(USSR), Sudbury-Ontario(Canada), Bushveldt(RSA),Columbia,and Ethiopia. Used in jewellery,Chemistry and car exhausts. Very expensive.

Aldrich will carry it. It is expensive. 1 g will run you about $100 for 3mm shot.

platnium is in the coating layer of cd's & dvd's. It's allso referd to as white gold.but the easyest way to get a lot of it is to rob a jurllures.
