well if mitosis is the thing where they divide, then i dont think the nerve cells ever do.

nerve cells never go to division wether mitosis or meiosis.but a nerve cell can repair itself only if the cell body of the cell is not damaged

note:> but if you talk about the mitosis
ever happened in life history of nerve cells then
yah it happens during body formation at embryo
stage.

Nerve cells do not undergo Mitosis as other body cells do
