No, ronaldinho is an over rated player. Yes he scores alot of goals and can do fancy tricks but in this yrs world cup he failed 2 deliever against the worlds best. He was critised 4 that 2, if he was the worlds best played he would of preformed well n would of been constisent in his performace but he wasnt. If he is supposed 2 b the worlds best player y wasnt he in the top runnin 2 get the golden boot in the world cup, leadin up 2 the announcement of the award 2 names get comin up as the likely winners of the award fabio cannavaro n zidane n in the end we no zidane won. Not once did i hear ronaldinhos name or his efforts being praised, all i heard from the media who would always prays him b4 was criticism. B4 u saw all these magz wit him sayin we have the best team n can win again blah blah blah. In my opinion players like fabio grosso, gianluigi buffon n fabio cannavaro r better n more consistent players then ronaldinho. N i saw his preformance against australia n wuiet frankly it was disapointin n he wasnt very excitin 2 watch, brazil had luck on their side in that game n got away wit a lot from the ref.

People were saying that we would find out the worlds best at this years world cup between becks and ronaldinho?

No, They werent. Ronaldinho is pretty much the undisputed best player in the world now that Ronaldo is losing form and Zidaine retired. Beckham was never that good. He is known for spot kicking, Thats it, Every other part of his game is flawed.

Ronaldinho is tied for top of te scoring in la liga, and he is a midfielder...Yes, he is the best player in the world. Last year the number 2 was lampard...which wont be anywhere near the top anymore, because he is horrible as of late. And Eto, who is currently out unjured.

Sometimes!

i think it's impossible for anyone to answer this question!everyone will always have their own opinion and also players form varies so much, that you will never get people to agree!

before the world cup people were saying now we would find out who is best..Ronaldinho or Beckham....neither of them played very well in the tournament, but that doesn't stop them from being 2 of the best in the world!

Beckham isn't playing that great at the moment, but he will be back!

also you have to consider how good are the players around them?if you are a skilful player in a team like barcelona, real madrid, man u...other big clubs,do you look better because the whole team is good and they help you develop your skills?

or are the truly great players(possibly the best in the world)the ones who play for smaller, less successful clubs, who despite the fact that the team around them isn't that great they still perform week in and week out,and sometimes have to carry the rest of their team-mates,because they are not as good as them!?????these players never get the same praise or publicity as players at the biggest clubs!!

your guess is as good as mine...but i think the best player in the world can vary on a daily basis!!

It is very hard to determine the best player in the world.. To say that he's one of the best players in the world right now is very true. He has the skills that is tough to learn but looks easy when he's doing it.. But teamwork is very important in today's footballing world...
Maybe he's just lacking of that to be the best... But he remains one of the best player in the world!!

Right now, I believe that he is. His foot work is crazy. Some of his moves are sick. He is just a great player to watch.

Maybe Kaka at the moment.

Steven Gerard is normally up there too but the Scousers are low on form.

Ronaldinho is certainly up there.
