Yes I hate it. Its very annoying to make people feel like you're gonna try and steal something or you cant be trusted. It should be against the law to treat someone like that.

That is so weird. When I go in the store ready to buy, there's no clerk to find anywhere.
When I go to browse, then they all in my face. "Dang, I needed your help the other day."
As a child, I was constantly followed. I'm African-American.

yes i totally hate it when the sales person keeps on following me! i really get bothered by that. even though it is their job to assist us in our shopping it seems as if they are not helping at all by making me feel that they do not trust me or that they think i might shoplift. i really hate that. i find it offensive at times because they should say something like "can i help you with something" if they really wanted to help instead of creepily trying to follow me around!

Yup. If they keep following I try to make them uncomfortable by asking them if they need help and hope they get the hint. If they keep up and its bad enough I leave. I won't shop somewhere that treats me badly.

My boyfriend and I are living in a small town and he is Puerto Rican(and can't spell it!!LOL) I am white, we get followed everywhere!!! I get mad and ask if there is something I can help them with and they usually back away and leave us alone. But yes it is aggravating and insulting!!

yea it is annoyin i kno they gotta keep a look out and all but they dont have to stalk u its especially annoyin wen they act like they dont want u in there store. or wen they follow you but not the white gurls over there lol. or wen they follow u the whole damn time and then wen ur buyin somethin they give you attitude. LAME!

yes but I hate it more when you need help and no one there helps you even though they see you standing there, I have waked out of so many stores because of that.
