I doubt it.
Rabbits can have many different color eyes - one of our bunnies has one blue eye and one brown eye and he has good vision. Has your bunny's eye color changed?
Rabbits don't see that well up close because their eyes are on the side of their head. Imagine holding your fist against your nose. Now look straight ahead and you can't see that well.
It is possible, of course, that he has eye problems that only a rabbit savvy vet can diagnose. Hopefully all is fine.

Do you mean his pupils (the middle where he supposedly would see out of) are that color? If so he is blind. Sorry. You should still take him to a vet. Take him out of his cage, and wave your hand in front of him. If he doesn't follow you hand with his eyes, he is blind. Good luck

if his pupils are bluish grey, than he might have cataracts, they severely reduce their vision. extreme ones can even take it away completely, ask your vet

Yes, he lost his sight. I think..............go to a Vet. Don't try to do anything stupid. Take care of him and don't neglet him.
