If you bought it from a vendor in a package, he/she will install the hardware and PROBABLY one OS. If this has been done just go ahead n use the PC ;-)

If not, hire someone to assemble the hardware of the PC.
Get Windows 98 or Windows XP bootable installation CDs
(Check out with your friends, someone is bound to have it)
Just start your PC, and put the CD in the cd drive.
Follw all the instructions on the screen carefully and slowly.
In 1 hour your PC will be ready for use.

If you cant do any of this join Microsoft Technical Support Documentation writing team ;-)
