I would ask her why and then I would tell her true friends aren't jealous of each other. true friends wnat you to be happy and wish you the best.
I mean its normal to feel some jealousy. Like I use to get jealous of my friend because she could get straight A's in class without having to study! I had to work my butt off and study hard to get an A in class. But it wasn't a hate jealous, it was just a jealous of wishing I could get A's in class easily.
But I would say "Goodbye" to the green eyed monster.

Tell her she's a great person and doesn't need to be jealous

Tell her to find her own victories and let her know also...that what looks great from a distance isn't always what it's cracked up to be
