first of all my interior/dome lights will not go off unless I manually take out the fuse, and my parking lights will not go off either unless i disconnect the battery......someone told me that it could be my fusible links and/or my relays but i don't know where to locate them to check myself.....can someone help?

My first guess is that there is a pinched wire being grounded out somewhere under the dash or it's the headlight switch. The dome light is on a seperate circuit than the parking lights. Do the headlights go on and off like they are supposed to? Your fusible links should be near the starter on the main electrical feeds. When those blow out, you lose power to most, if not all, of the car. Take a look at them, but I doubt there's anything serious wrong with them. The easiest thing to do is replace the whole headlight switch because that one part is tied into both systems, and it's easy to see if that makes a difference.

The frist thing i would do is check that all grounds are clean and tightFrame to body, engine to frame. Battery to frame.
