Saddle size depends not on the horse but the rider.
Western saddles are measured from the horn to the back of the cantle. Most are from about 14" up to 17"
English are measured from the rivet on the front edge of the saddle to the back of the seat in the middle. Those go from about 16" up to 19"
The girth sizes depend on the style of saddle.
An English dressge saddle girth will be shorter than a close contact saddle girth because of the way the off billits are set up. They are longer on a dressage saddle than on the close contact.
On a western saddle they are mostly the same and the size of the girth is determined by the size of the horses barrel.
Hope this helps some.

you need to clarify your question better, your asking what size is your saddle but yet you measured your girth. so what are you trying to accomplish. everyone has given you info on saddles seat sizes but your question isn't so clear.

Go to a tack shop they will be happy to help you fit your horse properly that's the best that way your won't rub or make your horse's girth sore and he'll be much happier and you won't get hurt.
