I have a boy that i kinda like but we've already been out before and i am over him. his family member just past away and i feel sorry for him but i think he's just trieing to use this as an oppertunity to go back out with me. what do i do ? go out with him agian or keep rejecting him?

Just let him know, gently, that while you want to be there for him as a friend, there is not a chance of the two of you going out again. Just say, "If you need a friend to talk to, I'm here for you." And just leave it at that. Hopefully he'll get the drift. If he doesn't, you then have the right to say, "I'm sorry you have some stuff going on in your life right now, but I like us better as friends than as a couple."
