Has anyone had first hand dealings with a company called Virginia Personnel Inc? If so, how was it.?

It is a recruitment company for many companies, Tug Boat companies being one. They recruit Deck Hands, and promise 300 to 400 daily. They also want 365.00 for membership. I am not so concerned with the cost, I am more concerned about their reliability and trustworthiness. Please help.

I have checked with the BBB and they only have a 6n month history on the company, and the company is NOT with the BBB, that was why I was wondering about First hand knowledge. Thanks

BBB (Better Business Bureau) and see what info comes up on them. You will need company name, address, city/state.
