Thanksgiving is GREAT for vegetarians! Ever notice all those side-dishes? Most are veggies ('cause that's primarily what the pilgrims and Native Americans had access to). Corn, yams, potatoes, pies, green beans, etc. etc.

I'm making baked homemade mac and cheese, Stuffed acorn squash, mashed potatoes with vegetarian gravy (made with vegetable stock) and homemade cranberry sauce and probably apple and nut stuffing.

I have to say "tofurkey"! That is a tofu substitute for turkey. But really, anything festive that they prefer to eat besides meat.

my older brother is a vegetarian...he still comes over and he eats everything, but turkey....mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, fruit salad, pie, green bean casserole, rolls

at the grocery store where i live they sell this stuff called tofurky
i just eat mashed potatoes, stuffing, yams, and maybe some other stuff oh and pie of course
