I have a 60 gb drive right now but would like to upgrade to either an 80 or 100 gb (maybe 120 gb, if the price is right). I would like to spend no more than $120

I just did one of those today. It involves about 50,000 screws. It's not worth it.
If you insist, you can get a 7200rpm 80gb Hitachi at dataspot.com for $120
