i want to have a 18 X 10 poster laminated and a 8 X 5 picture laminated, how much does it usually cost to have something laminated?

If you're looking to have something laminated, see if among your friends someone is a teacher. Usually the schools have a laminating machine and (maybe) they can laminate the item for you for free. The machines are usually 38" - 48" inches wide so you can truly laminate almost anything.
If not call around for prices, as everyone will have a variable rate for laminating; sometimes they cut the cost depending on size, other times depending on how often you're a customer seeking this service.
If you're in a large enough town, look for stores that supply school teachers (as a niche). Sometimes they offer laminating services a lot cheaper than one of the major stores will, and maybe with less of a wait for your turn-around.

ya can buy your own machine at any office depot store office max has them they are different prices I bought one for twenty bucks and did all my pics in them really is nice and makes great gifts too
