platitudes will get you nowhere. if there were something simple anyone could do, we'd all be doing it. Find what makes you happy and go from there. Knowing that millions (billions) of people have it a lot worse than you may not help.....but it's something to think about.
Thanksgiving's coming up. You gotta be thankful for something....

here's a couple - go somewhere quiet and scream and scream and scream until you can't any more, drive in the car on a freeway or main road with the music turned up and then sing your lungs out or you could watch an uplifting movie. if all else fails thank god that you are not a starving orphaned child in a third world country. good luck depression is hard but treatable.

what I do, I take a hot bubble bath, by candle light and soft music,
if that dose not work, I go with with my friends
