Obviously Darth Vader is stronger than Spock, however the main problem with D.V. is that he has no self-control, so if Spock has enough time to prepare a defense and an attack he will surely outperform D.V.

I think that the Force in Darth Vader is stronger than Spock's Vulcan's powers.

Vader because he can kill people on another star ship like in Empire Strikes Back.
Spock needs to touch people to use his Vulcan nerve pinch.
Also, Vader is a deadly swordsman, hand-to-hand fighter and pilot.
If you take Spock off the Enterprise he's pretty much useless.

Dark Lords of the Sith always win against half-Vulcans.
Even though Vader succumbs to rage on occasion, it his long range Force attacks that win the day. Force push, Force Manipulations, and Force Choking give a tactical advantage to Vader since he can also deflect energy blasts, and Spock's phaser is his only long range weapon.

darth vader may be a cheesy and much weaker rip off of dr. doom but he is still more powerfull than some dude wearing bright blue shirts.
vader would win no contest.
